RMA / Returns
The rare case has occurred that goods purchased from us have a defect!? Then please note the following so that we can get everything up and running for you as quickly as possible. You do not need an RMA number from us. We want you to have a working device on your hands as soon as possible!
- There is a loss of warranty for goods that have been damaged by improper packaging.
- Please only use the original packaging for items such as monitors, memory, computers, hard drives (devices that are particularly sensitive to shock).
- We reserve the right to repackage the goods for safe return transport. For this we would charge a flat rate of €10 plus statutory Calculate VAT.
- Claims for compensation from transport damage from deliveries that were not insured by us must be asserted by yourself at the transport company
- We cannot accept goods that are returned freight collect.
